Terrible customer

The app is terrible to use the chats. Take forever level. One support is terrible. They don’t understand how to give you clear solutions if it’s not scripted.

Terrible app with many bugs

App either crashes, shows blank screens, has features which don’t work, and overall is objectively very poorly built. You need to hire an actual team to do proper engineering and QA testing

Current version 3.6.4 as at 18 July 2026 is broken in the App Store and doesn’t work. App will load but data in the app doesn’t load. Issues has been reported to support and hopefully a new version will be issued soon.
