Terrible app with many bugs
App either crashes, shows blank screens, has features which don’t work, and overall is objectively very poorly built. You need to hire an actual team to do proper engineering and QA testing
App Broken
Current version 3.6.4 as at 18 July 2026 is broken in the App Store and doesn’t work. App will load but data in the app doesn’t load. Issues has been reported to support and hopefully a new version will be issued soon.
Poor service

Country selection not working
The screen for selecting a country won’t scroll so all countries starting with the letter N or later are impossible to select.
Broken
Update has broken the app, can’t select one country calls anymore. Support is utterly useless in resolving the issue promptly.

Worst app
I hate this app, in entire world when you have low data you can you the app which is belongs to your operator, but with virgin if you have no data you can’t even buy it online because you don’t have data .omg hate you
Unreliable
Always logging me out. And regularly getting ooops sorry come back later. Would have expected better by now.
New update review - Roaming feature
Poor, now it doesn’t feel as smooth and easy, clunky and doesn’t actually load properly to buy the pack
Fraud
Taking payments online but sim cannot be activated even in physical store, need to pay again.
The app is the worst
Takes about 10 minutes to just get past the landing page for you to find out the app has logged you out and then another 10 minutes to log in.
DO NOT USE VIRGIN AT ALL
This provider is worst globally, they will charge you 30$ for few 3gb data. There is no emergency shortcut or services.
Frustrating to use

Home internet
I ordered virgin home internet router 5g, the process was efficient and the delivery rider is such a kind person, assisting with the setup and all I had to do was plug the router in my apartment. After plugging router the WiFi connection is fast. It is reliable so far and I would recommend virgin home internet to anyone who works from home. I was ambivalent before ordering but now the fast internet experience is putting a smile on my face.
