I thought the ADCB app was the worst one… but this takes the cake now. At least they’ve finally launched a new app. This has been awful for years.
Support bots fail
Stranded overseas I bought roaming data that failed to activate. Support asked me 3 questions over and over and over and over and over until I had no choice but to exit the support channel. This gave me zero support and wasted my time more.

Misleading Sales Practices and Poor Customer Service
Third-party agents appear to provide misleading offers and inaccurate information on behalf of Du. Customers are promised terms that do not match the actual contract, creating frustration and distrust. This reflects very poorly on Du’s reputation, and we are extremely unhappy with the poor service and lack of accountability.

No disney plus
Till now - SINCE MORE THAN A YEAR - du did not support me to add disney plus in my account and its included in my plan!! I am paying for it, i demand immediate action and refund
