A hassle to use the app always
Honestly, every-time i open the app it asks me for an app update. When I’m done with the update it most of the time gets stuck or lags.
Additionally, there is always a requirement to re-login as well. This is not a banking app to go through these many hoops just to check your usage or recharge. The developer seriously needs to make it more user friendly. Why does this app required these many updates really?

Upgrading home package without my consent
I received a call from a person claiming they are du to assist in renewing my contract. She promoted to upgrade my home package, I said that I am satisfied with the current one then she said in that case we will schedule someone to come and replace ur router. I told her no need to do this as it is working perfectly fine. She said if you upgraded only additional 50 AED then no need for anyone to come to replace it. I said if it’s only 50 AED then it’s fine because I work very long hours and I can’t be home for a technician to come and do any work. Now I am receiving bills with 130 AED extra charges.

Absolute trash!! You will have to visit a du store if you need to get anything done including updating the emirates id because there is a 100% chance the app will give you a server error and not work.
