Delay in wallet balance update affective payments
I top up my wallet before refuelling, but the balance does not reflect instantly and often takes 2–3 hours. Due to this delay, the station staff are unable to deduct the amount from the wallet at the time of payment.
Kindly improve the service speed, as this creates unnecessary inconvenience. Otherwise, direct card payment would be more practical than transferring funds to the wallet first and then paying from it.

I book the gas cylinder using your app. This is second time. My order got cancelled for no proper reason. This is very annoying and careless service. If you can’t handle orders properly, then don’t run the app. I am wasting my time because of your poor system.
Very Poor Delivery Service
I am extremely disappointed with the LPG delivery service. I placed my order at 12:00 noon, but it only arrived at 5:17 PM. My first transaction was cancelled without any proper update, so I had to place a second order. I even called the call center for assistance, but nothing was done to help.
My second transaction was scheduled for delivery at 4:30 PM, yet it still arrived late at 5:17 PM. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for an essential service like LPG. Very poor delivery service — I hope they improve their system and customer support.
