Delay in wallet balance update affective payments

I top up my wallet before refuelling, but the balance does not reflect instantly and often takes 2–3 hours. Due to this delay, the station staff are unable to deduct the amount from the wallet at the time of payment.
Kindly improve the service speed, as this creates unnecessary inconvenience. Otherwise, direct card payment would be more practical than transferring funds to the wallet first and then paying from it.

Order got cancel for no reason for twice

Grate app. But useless

I book the gas cylinder using your app. This is second time. My order got cancelled for no proper reason. This is very annoying and careless service. If you can’t handle orders properly, then don’t run the app. I am wasting my time because of your poor system.

Very Poor Delivery Service

I am extremely disappointed with the LPG delivery service. I placed my order at 12:00 noon, but it only arrived at 5:17 PM. My first transaction was cancelled without any proper update, so I had to place a second order. I even called the call center for assistance, but nothing was done to help.

My second transaction was scheduled for delivery at 4:30 PM, yet it still arrived late at 5:17 PM. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for an essential service like LPG. Very poor delivery service — I hope they improve their system and customer support.

Once placing LPG order it will remain pending for 2 days

Dear ADNOC Distribution Team,

You are one of the biggest leading national company in the UAE, is it realistic that you fall behind in digital services?!?! Electricity, water, fuel and gas are among the essentials in every day life, and we have plenty its not a matter of shortage, is it acceptable to order a gas cylinder for home domestic use and it stays pending for 2 days in your app after placing the order ?!? In the app itself the estimated time is shown to be within 2 hours, why then offer a service that you cant fulfill, i find myself canceling the order and placing it again many of times in order to get it processed, also it takes a lot of time to reach you guys through your toll free number. How can you fix this minor issue that have greater impact on consumers?!?

This a frequent issue that consumers face many times when ordering, can work to fix it.

Cant login

Very poor app, asks me to login using emirates ID and when i login, it says “emirates ID already exists”, if it exists why cantaloupe i login straight away?

LPG Delivery

ADNOC still need to work on their delivery team behavior, they don’t have drivers to deliver and no body bothers to cancel the orders and clients needs to wait and wait. Develop a mechanism in which orders gets accepted in certain time and if not accepted they gets cancelled and customer gets notified. As that is too much frustration in the era of AI when your customer service says sorry sir we don’t have any driver today to deliver and we apologize we can’t cancel your order as well.

Wallet Top Up

No able to top up wallet .. something wrong with the latest app version

Still there is error

I have been trying to contact ADNOC regarding an error in the app, but there has been no proper response. Most stations are facing the same issue I can’t order a Spanish Cortado because the app keeps showing an error. This has been ongoing for some time and is very frustrating. I hope ADNOC fixes this problem soon so that customers can enjoy a smoother and more reliable service.

Great Company, Very Poor App

Unfortunately, this app has been very disappointing. Most of its features do not work properly, and when ordering a gas cylinder, the amount is deducted but the delivery never arrives. This issue happened to me four times, which is unacceptable. For a company as reputable as ADNOC, I expected a much more reliable application and service.

stuck In between registering and logging in

Every time I try to log in to the ADNOC app, I put my phone number, get the OTP, and then it asks me to scan my Emirates ID (front and back). After doing that, it just tells me my ID is already used, and I can’t continue. When I switch to “Register Now,” it says the same thing — my ID is already registered. So I’m stuck: I can’t log in and I can’t register. This is very frustrating, and there’s no call center to explain or help fix the problem. Please solve this issue!

GPS

Need to improve GPS as many times I am in the station and app still can’t allow me to select the station for fueling

Not very useful

App badly designed, but mostly rather useless. Have been trying to find a station with open carwash (many have random open times) and can't find that information in here.

Why do I need to upload my Emirates ID just to use a petrol station app?

This is unnecessary steps or, as I call it, friction in the user experience. Signing up should be as easy as 1-2-3. Get a proper UX designer, you don’t need to collect official documents just to let people refuel or collect reward points. Simplify the process, let users sign up first, and if you really, I mean “really”, need documents later, ask for them when it actually makes sense. Simplify the process and watch your signup rates grow.

Can the nom UAE residents use the app and take benefits?

I think you need to improve this service of ordering the gas coz always I ordered through the app and they keep canceling after 4 hours from ordered , and call the customer service wasting your time and no one answers !! It’s very weird I don’t know what the purpose of the service if they are not able to service you on the same time . I’m very disappointed.

Super app and loyalty experience

I’m using the application since day one. ADNOC points is one of the best rewarding services in UAE, service , food quality , keep on improving in station and in application . Comparing my experience 2 years ago , there’s a big shift and I know there are more things to come . Thank you ADNOC and we are all proud . The only recommendation is to have competitive pricing , some items are almost half price in the grocery next door.

Improvement suggestion

It will be better to simplify the payment options like pay for someone by inserting the station and pump number. This will be helpful for others who are in need of help. Application invoice claiming to be improved which does not work every time .

Member name on the app must be adjustable manually, my name is wrong

When i registered and scanned my id the app scanned my name wrong and im not able to adjust it anywhere in the app, pls make the name and family name of the members manually adjustable within “my profile”
