The app never works for me!
Anytime I place a curbside order they never want to bring it out to me. What is the point in offering curbside if you don’t bring it out to people?!
Unfortunate experience
I ordered online and it was 30 minutes from order time until order was complete. I stood in the store for 15 of those minutes and nobody spoke one word to me however they greeted every other customer who walked in. I always tip online so that should have no impact.

I find the app difficult to navigate. Seems clunky, and makes it difficult to see a menu, order a drink and upload gift cards.
Drinks are good, app is useless
app never works, just gives you option to reload or quit with no way to resolve
