The app never works for me!
Anytime I place a curbside order they never want to bring it out to me. What is the point in offering curbside if you don’t bring it out to people?!
Unfortunate experience
I ordered online and it was 30 minutes from order time until order was complete. I stood in the store for 15 of those minutes and nobody spoke one word to me however they greeted every other customer who walked in. I always tip online so that should have no impact.
Love Eli’s. Hate the app
I find the app difficult to navigate. Seems clunky, and makes it difficult to see a menu, order a drink and upload gift cards.
Drinks are good, app is useless

The app never works for me!
Anytime I try to open the app to order, it says it cannot be opened at this time and gives the option to reload the app or close. I want to order from here so bad again, I was an almost everyday curbside customer but I don’t like ordering inside so I just haven’t been back in months. I’ve updated my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, still no luck. 😞

Difficult to find
I am still searching the app to find whole bean bagged coffee……let alone flavors and prices. I’ve only seen it on the points area which you need 1500pts to even click on it.

Kind of confusing
I enjoy the basic concept of the app, but that makes it a little hard to navigate. Where do I find my gift card balance? Why can’t I send a message through the app, where do I add my gift card to my account? It shouldn’t this difficult to find things on the app.
Doesn’t work.
This app is useless. I try to log in and I’m supposed to receive a verification code which I never receive. I have tried to delete the app and put it back on again, signing up as a new member. Then, it tells me this account already exists. Will I ever be able to claim my rewards or will the app ever work?!

Payment options
When I go to check out online it doesn’t give me the options to change my payment type. My current credit card saved on the app is expired. I have an iPhone so I’m not sure if that is the issue. I tried everything to try to fix it and nothing works. :(
Curbside service is awful.
Curbside service is awful. They never want to bring it out to your vehicle, and they always take over 5 minutes to bring your things out even though you’ve ordered ahead of time.

I have to say, I’ve only visited the Tremont location, so far. I’ve been very happy with my drinks from them, they are very consistently made & always very delicious!! They do a great job!!
App isn’t working
My app opens up but then doesn’t go to any link or anything. But the shops are amazing.

I may or may not have a slight obsession with Eli’s! Great food, terrific coffee, and super friendly baristas. This app is a perfect addition to the coffee shop and makes it so easy to track your rewards, your gift cards, the flavor of the day and more!
