Great! But one request!

Thanks for working on this great app! however, I have one request is that if I can see the heart trend and HRV trend of the entire duration without having to scroll through one minute Windows, but instead see the entire duration in a single view, that would be wonderful to have to know how my heart rate HRV has changed during the entire session. I would appreciate if this feature was added thank you so much! ☺️

Great App

Part of my daily routine when training.

why track PII data?

was going to try this app out but saw it tracked health , location and other personal data. why would it need my location and personal details. any apps that want to collect my data burnout. i’m staying with athlytic that collects zero personal data.

rated two as features sound great to be fair but collection pf PII data is worth a 0

HRV

Brilliant

Excellent App

A very good & intuitive UI that gives a great insight into a little known but highly impactful measurement. Really easy to use & even pairs up with other apps. Would definitely recommend.

Thumbs up!

This app has paired well with my PoweLab chest strap and has provided helpful and motivating feedback!

Great HRV app

I use this every morning because I don’t really have a sense of my recovery from a workout first thing in the morning. If I push through below HRV score, I feel it pretty badly later in the day and the next day. So I think it’s fairly accurate. The data from this appears to be far more accurate than what my Apple Watch gives me.

Amazing

It’s incredible to have this kind of technology in my hands every day. I’m looking forward to using it for many years to come.

The daily reading keeps me on track

Elite HRV is super easy to use, and the short daily readiness check gives me a true baseline assessment for my capacity each day.

Best HRV out there!!

This is more accurate than even the Whoop I wear daily. If I wanna workout, I console with Elite HRV.

Great app

Thank you for this free app. It’s great for checking out my heart checking out my heart and teaching me how to breathe properly

Annoying interruption to review

Argh.

Best HRV app by far!

I subscribed to three HRV apps to test them. Dropped the other two. This one is the most accurate!

Nice program

Love using this HRV app with my Polar strap. Gives me micro and macro data to motivate and guide training activities.

Glitchy beyond use

Worked fine for three weeks but has glitched entirely now. Recently paid for app integration but doesn’t drag in Strava data automatically so have to do it manually and I just added Apple Health today and now I can’t even open the Elite HRV app. Have tried restarting phone, and everything is unlinked in Apple Health. No way of fixing. I don’t want to delete app and lose all my built up data. Not impressed so far. Integrations are useless.

Good ideas; Really bad app

App is terrible to use. Not much thought went into it. Do the creators use the app they made?

Ectopic beats counted as normal?

Great app overall but for those with ectopic beats, RMSSD is massively inflated, even clean signal with 0% artefacts. It would be great if these ectopics are accounted for and eliminated. Regularly gives readings in the 500 plus range.

Amazing product

I use this daily paired with the Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor

Support?

I would probably give this app a five star as it seems to work well. To me it’s a three star because of the lack of non ai support.
There is no apparent way to find out just what the HRV reading is, as it does not match the rmssd reading the app provides if you dig into the data.

Love it just add haptic

Love the app. Please add haptic. I don’t want to have to look at the phone to do the breathing. Thank you.
