Annoying interruption to review
Argh.
Best HRV app by far!
I subscribed to three HRV apps to test them. Dropped the other two. This one is the most accurate!
Nice program
Love using this HRV app with my Polar strap. Gives me micro and macro data to motivate and guide training activities.
Glitchy beyond use
Worked fine for three weeks but has glitched entirely now. Recently paid for app integration but doesn’t drag in Strava data automatically so have to do it manually and I just added Apple Health today and now I can’t even open the Elite HRV app. Have tried restarting phone, and everything is unlinked in Apple Health. No way of fixing. I don’t want to delete app and lose all my built up data. Not impressed so far. Integrations are useless.

Good ideas; Really bad app
App is terrible to use. Not much thought went into it. Do the creators use the app they made?
Ectopic beats counted as normal?
Great app overall but for those with ectopic beats, RMSSD is massively inflated, even clean signal with 0% artefacts. It would be great if these ectopics are accounted for and eliminated. Regularly gives readings in the 500 plus range.
Amazing product
I use this daily paired with the Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor
Support?
I would probably give this app a five star as it seems to work well. To me it’s a three star because of the lack of non ai support.
There is no apparent way to find out just what the HRV reading is, as it does not match the rmssd reading the app provides if you dig into the data.

Love it just add haptic
Love the app. Please add haptic. I don’t want to have to look at the phone to do the breathing. Thank you.
Excellent App
I have H10 strap this is a excellent to measure HRV it also educates on how to improve your HRV with various guides and resources
Great app
This app is really good. Does what it says and does it well
Excellent for HRV Snapshots
Using Chest Strap for HRV
Great app
Easy to use, effective and precise
Suddenly not working
Liked the app until today when it would not receive data. Bluetooth is working and chest strap device successfully transmits data to a different app. Tried all steps in troubleshooting to no avail.
Disaoppointed since…
Have used this app yesterday normally for one read but than realised today it just lag and freeze after few sec of use.
Also, I've used it 2-3 years ago and also discovered that the app also lagged after 1-2 uses on a row without reason. Was not able to recognize my HR strap or just missed the read or even stopped it or became crazy and displayes absurd measures.
So far so bad it seems that the developers dis bothing about it. Gave 2 stars because the funfionalities are interesting and innovative but still...
Bad luck to the new or even all of the users.

Great resource!
This app seems to be a lot more accurate than Fitbit HRV. I’ve used it several times over the years, and it’s been consistent. I appreciate their work!!
App is glitchy
Everything else is awesome
So great!
This app has helped me so much! I climb competitively and it’s a really high stress sport. I love this program!!
Best for HRV
I needed to do HRVB for PTSD.
I spent weeks doing research on the best way.
Elite HRV is what they use in all the studies.
All you need to do is:
1. Practice 10-15 mins, 2X a day
2. Breathe through nose and focus on belly breathing
If this is too hard, you can do the 365 method:
-Breathe 3 times a day
-at 6 breaths per minute (default in elite)
-for 5 minutes.
I feel way more relaxed.
I also stack it with a vagus nerve stimulator like Verelief prime.
Finally, I do 5-15 mins mindfulness meditation.
Hands down the best protocol for HRV.
