App doesn’t seems to be adding totals from workouts

Been a paying member for two weeks. Before I paid everything seemed fine; when my free trail ended and I purchased the extra features(access to all workouts) the app has stopped reliably uploading data from workouts. I’ve done three advanced workouts this week but the app is showing that I’ve done no workouts. Also not adding those workouts to my overall total. I’ve written three messages to the developers but so far not a word back from them. Giving three stars for the workouts cause I’ll keep using them since I paid but kind of a drag that I can’t track my progress week to week.

Best app ever

The new launch today was so awesome!!!!! I love this app! I bet the people who made it worked so hard

No guidance on length of jump

The videos show how to cut the rope but no guidance on how th figure out the proper length

Response from developer

We have added an interactive rope sizing tutorial in our new app overhaul. If you try the app again, it can tell you if your rope is too short or long by simply watching you jump!
