Horrible app
Tricky to use - photographs as soon as it “sees” something rather than when ready. Not intuitive and feels clunky and old fashioned. I recommend that Elite Law swift to a modern widely used app rather than this which feels unprofessional and homemade

Why do you expect people of a certain age to have the type of telephone that you need to run this App - let alone be able to follow the necessary pathway. All digital but wants information from two paper documents !!

This app is totally confusing and hard to work needs a massive improvement
Awful buggy app
First time a "continue" button failed to appear so couldn't proceed, had to start all over. Second time got to the bill uploading page which doesn't seem to understand annual bills like council tax and water have one annual date and so cannot be within the last 3 months of today's date if their annual date is not within the last 3 months of today's date. The date of an annual bill is what it is. App has a problem with billing reality. Frustrating when developers make their failure to understand reality your problem isn't it?

It doesn’t work
Couldn’t get the thing to work, quite glitchy and wouldn’t accept my documents despite trying to upload them numerous times. Resorted to the old fashion way of sending via email.
