Awful buggy app
First time a "continue" button failed to appear so couldn't proceed, had to start all over. Second time got to the bill uploading page which doesn't seem to understand annual bills like council tax and water have one annual date and so cannot be within the last 3 months of today's date if their annual date is not within the last 3 months of today's date. The date of an annual bill is what it is. App has a problem with billing reality. Frustrating when developers make their failure to understand reality your problem isn't it?

It doesn’t work
Couldn’t get the thing to work, quite glitchy and wouldn’t accept my documents despite trying to upload them numerous times. Resorted to the old fashion way of sending via email.

It cashed several times.
It crashed several times whilst trying to enter the password but i persevered and after 4 attempts it worked. The app seems to ‘shake’ a bit? But when it’s working it is a very clever piece of technology.
