Not Good
Compromises people’s security by sending text messages with web links. US date formats in the UK, took me bloody ages to figure out what was wrong. Extremely frustrating by not listing all requirements before you start, so takes twice as long as necessary. Poor design, bad experience.
Poorly Designed & Frustrating
Where do I start? Firstly, used in UK so why does it insist on US date format? Secondly if there are several steps why do you not list the required documents at the beginning? Also, if a date limit applies to recent documents why does this not appear until after the document has been scanned?
Thirdly, are the types of acceptable documents not listed before you start scanning?
Whoever created this app needs to be trained on UI design and customer experience. This ended up taking 5 times longer than needed. I write this with 35 years IT experience.

Buggy app
App sucks . Buggy
Difficult, time consuming and I expect it to fail!
The app automatically took multiple images of the same doc. It says your annual council tax bill must be less than three months old. Why? I downloaded a phone bill but there was no way to submit this. I expect this process to fail if a real person ever looks at the submitted docs!
Needs a back button for mistyping
Easy enough app but it needs a back button or the option to correct any mistyping
