Who designs these apps - how can white text on very light beige be a good colour combination?
The app follows no logical process - you are asked to verify your bank details, then at a later step to enter them again.
One of the mandatory boxes is to say who you authorise sharing of data with - how are we supposed to know the answer to that?
Overall a very frustrating and poor experience.

Very easy app to use, straightforward. Not sure what people are complaining about.

Apparently it’s not important that the documents are in size 3 font. What ever happened to the Equality Act in this country?
A hopeless tool for lazy solicitors
There’s nothing straight forward that can’t be complicated by solicitors. They take on too much work, don’t have enough time to deal with your case and want you to do all the work they are getting paid for.
This app is one such device they use. It’s utterly hopeless - a proper example of “computer says no” and with a 1.9 star review (which should tell them it’s hopeless), why is anyone still using it?
End result is I’m just having to go to the office anyway and provide the required documentation. I could have saved 2 hours and just done that in the first place. Useless
