This is time consuming and not very user friendly. Documents turn sideways when viewed making it difficult to capture. Screen could be bigger. Let’s hope I don’t have to use you again. Assumes users always using their phone rather than an iPad.
Computer says no
This app puts a heavy burden on the user taking a perfect photo to suit the apps numerous technical limitations. It doesn’t like drivers licenses for no good reason. It happily wastes the user’s time with excessive demands. Sometimes it will appear to accept a submission but then a day later demand a retake. If you value your customers’ good will, use something better!
