This app is not very up-to-date when you try to scan in with your driving license if you get too close it goes blurry if you scan it so it’s not blurry it rejects photograph. I think it needs updating.
Not simple
The main problem is that you don’t get told at the beginning what it is that you will need. Basically you need your passport and you need to be there in person. Otherwise every time stuck at step you have to go back to the beginning.

The worst system in the world the glare from photos makes it a very unsatisfactory system and more than frustrating I would not use this again
