This is time consuming and not very user friendly. Documents turn sideways when viewed making it difficult to capture. Screen could be bigger. Let’s hope I don’t have to use you again. Assumes users always using their phone rather than an iPad.
Computer says no
This app puts a heavy burden on the user taking a perfect photo to suit the apps numerous technical limitations. It doesn’t like drivers licenses for no good reason. It happily wastes the user’s time with excessive demands. Sometimes it will appear to accept a submission but then a day later demand a retake. If you value your customers’ good will, use something better!

Backward system that doesn’t consider foreign residents
How a KYC service can be so poor at analysing foreign proofs of ID and address is beyond me. Why would any company use this service which is purely focussed on U.K. residents when we live in such a global world. Additionally their service is regularly hit by platform outages and malfunctions.

It is very difficult to ideas 97 year old with no passport or other photo identification. And can’t see to take selfies. Must be a better way for old people.

Poor user experience
After uploading all the required identity verification documents why not confirm everything is done? Rather than showing a link to upload more, and stress people out in an endless loop!!!

This app is not very up-to-date when you try to scan in with your driving license if you get too close it goes blurry if you scan it so it’s not blurry it rejects photograph. I think it needs updating.
Not simple
The main problem is that you don’t get told at the beginning what it is that you will need. Basically you need your passport and you need to be there in person. Otherwise every time stuck at step you have to go back to the beginning.

I've been doing business with the company for 20 years and now have to identify myself! It's more than annoying
Back function
I could not find the back function. I had to restart the process twice. Initially l had used a chip free passport, so when l wanted to used my drivers licence instead, I had to restart entering passcode all. Secondly, l wanted to include a utility bill, l realized it required to take a photo. I had to restart again the whole process as l did not have a paper utility bill to take a photo of.
