Very very poor product. Had to redo submission 6 times. Very annoying and time consuming. Would not recommend

Kept failing when trying to upload bills. Had to restart the whole process many times. No ability to save as you go. 40 mins completely wasted.

Not happy
Tried several times to complete. Stopped while uploading driving licence for 10 min for 3 times until finally happened.

Very poor app. Uploads fonts work properly. It’s a pain.
Good in parts, not clear in others
It is guiding people well, but individual steps could be clearer. second or third time it is easy, but some puzzling steps first time.
Address: ask for postcode, and than automatically bring up a list of addresses, not clear you have to tap the search icon.
Date of BIRTH: default to the scroll down list. I tried to move back about 50 years, very frustrating, the time arrow symbol is not clear as offering options

Does not allow entry of an overseas address easily.
Non UK KYC?
Won’t take non-UK addresses. Requires mix of iPhone to NFC scan passport and computer to upload documents. Doesn’t remember id check across sessions - had to do everything twice because it took me awhile to print the document I needed. Entering the same code should pick up where you left off. This app needs a lot more thought to function properly.

My passport doesn’t have an NFC tag. There is no option to bypass this check, so passport verifications isn’t an option
