App camera does not autofocus
Rubbish app. When used on an iPhone the camera is not able to autofocus which makes taking photos of ID extremely difficult.

After I completed this for business related business and was told it was complete the system did not send my details and my submission was not received

Likeness check would not work and just hung on home wifi but did not give any warning that it could not connect to its servers. After moving to mobile data, it did what it was supposed to do.
Very insecure portal
This is most vulnerable and insecure portal. No any professionally qualified company should ever use this portal. My identity has been stolen since I have uploaded my documents using this portal. Also by forcing people of download app this company is snooping on informations on your phone.
Not designed for old iPhones
Tried to this on my iPhone SE and couldn’t select the date because it was off the screen. Had to use someone else’s iPhone, couldn’t even do it on my iPad. Not impressed.
Update to 2026 Needs
Anyone who has to do AML checks regularly probably notices needing to enter information like a 10 year passport over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Create a format where documents like passports are checked based on validity, stored and then confirmed as valid automatically. In the era of AI the process here is redundant and a waste of time and highly inefficient.
