A hopeless tool for lazy solicitors
There’s nothing straight forward that can’t be complicated by solicitors. They take on too much work, don’t have enough time to deal with your case and want you to do all the work they are getting paid for.
This app is one such device they use. It’s utterly hopeless - a proper example of “computer says no” and with a 1.9 star review (which should tell them it’s hopeless), why is anyone still using it?
End result is I’m just having to go to the office anyway and provide the required documentation. I could have saved 2 hours and just done that in the first place. Useless

Worst app ever
Bombed out 6 times, eventually had to ring support who blamed the app and told me to do it via a web browser.

Am on my third attempt- keep’s crashing

Massively frustrating process - took hours to get it to work. I feel sick with the stress of it.
Refused to answer GDPR subject matter access request
Beware of this company. They are offshore and are refusing to answer a direct request to provide answers to specific questions I have raised.

Not working
I installed it today and uploaded the documents, but after a few hours it stopped working. I restarted my iPhone, but it’s still not working.
Avoid
It asks for bank account numbers and sort codes. Avoid - upmarket phishing
Terrible user experience
I don't know who designed this but buttons are badly labelled, there is a great deal of repetition and the whole experience feels like it was designed by a lawyer who wanted to get revenge for some wrong they experienced Perhaps they were forced to read Kafka as a child and decided to take the lessons learned as an inspiration.

Utter Rubbish
So many firey hoops and rugby post hurdles it’s not real. Frustrating beyond belief. We don’t necessarily have hard copy available people. Bills are more often than not quarterly. No one has paperwork or necessarily has printing access. Bloody ridiculously hard. How hard? Bloody ridiculously. Other id verification apps just aren’t this garbage.

A nightmare system to use - particularly when trying to help a 98 year old navigate his way round it. The questions don’t always make sense and despite asking for a ludicrous amount of information it doesn’t actually ask the crucial questions. About as unuser friendly as it’s possible to be!
Good helpline
Unhelpful app, not intuitive, leaves you going round in circles. No control of mobile taking photos of docs, which are then rejected as unclear.

Easy
I see there are a lot of negative ratings, but the experience was pretty quick and flawless for me. Entire process took about 5 minutes. No bugs, delays or technical issues as far as I could tell. Good experience overall.
Worked Fine
I was dreading to use this, given other reviews but the whole process worked smoothly, first time. All done within 10-15 min.

Completely broken, barely able to fill in documents, text boxes are not long enough for the required text. Not fit for purpose at all

Garbage
App keeps crashing whenever I try to sign anything. Called support, they asked me to use a laptop. They blamed the amount of documents for the cause of crashing, which is another way of saying “our app is dreadfully inept”

Sceptical at first, but everything worked smoothly. Did everything in just under 10 minutes.

Not liking this app. Far too many personal questions and hate having to give bank details.

Very slow. Very repetitive. Very clunky. Very old-fashioned.
Totally useless exercise
Having given our solicitors copies of passports etc we had to go through this rigmarole. It’s time-consuming and is another example of software putting the burden on the client and supposedly making it easier for the solicitors.
