Brilliant App & excellent support
Easy to use. SOF could do with re wording. Straight forward. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off - user error! I completed the tasks in under 10 mins. Support line are brilliant very knowledgeable and helpful.
Very poor
I tried to use this but I have an issues holding my iPhone static. Scanning the document was impossible. There was a video but I couldn’t hear any instructions. I am loath to use the app again unless it is greatly improved.

App is buggy. Instructions unclear. Only using because the website triggers Norton alert and can’t launch and because the people I need to verify with insist on this app. Awful!
A total invasion of privacy.
Very concerning uploading all my data like this. Who knows where it will end up? Or who will hack into it? The photo aspect is horrendous as well. Where are we at in this world? I’d rather see someone in person privately before handing my personal data and having f a photo taken.

Passport upload is not working, scan NFC passport is not working Document upload is difficult and options do not apply to all documents

Also the support links did not work until the fourth attempt. And it took two days for an email to be replied to. Not impressed.
Security questionable
When using the app, there is a weird noise of typing on the background. For a biometric app, it does not inspire safety or security. Had to verify directly with my solicitor and it was not great.
Somewhat glitchy
Started well however had real trouble adding bank accounts. Still unsure if that has worked.

Not entirely clear what you have to do submitting the forms with dates when box asked if it was in the correct timeframe…?
Good but two issues
Overall app is good apart from 2 issues template is wrong orientation for driving license and not all addresses have a street name.

What happened to the easy way of doing this.
Clumsy app
Cannot autofocus well for taking pics of photos - so you have to take pictures from quite far away which doesnt always fit the suggested frame. If you need to amend address you need to go back to the beginning and go back through document uploads. Very clumsy and clunky. Could be very good with very little tweaking.
