Disappointed
I have used this taxi firm for years. I use the app to book my arrival and return trips. Sometimes I book return trips well in advance because I might have bad WiFi connection. After 12 midnight things get a little crazy. The return trip is usually late on arrival. I get a notification from the app saying that “due to high demand your taxi is running late”. I would rather have this happen before my appointed time.
When I question this I am told that I should have phoned to make sure I can get a taxi. 😜🤪 What’s the point of the app if I have to phone them?

Best local company!
Cannot fault the service I have had from this company. From day 1 when I found them by accident after getting let down by my usual company. I rang them very very early morning, nowhere else had any drivers and Mick I think his name is was brilliant. Really friendly and stopped me worrying and dispatched a car and kept me informed. After telling me, dont worry we will get you there in time!! Which they did.
All of the drivers I have had have been really helpful and friendly and the staff on the phone are great too.
The app is easy to use and they update you with driver on the way and arrival times which is great when you have to get somewhere for a specific time.
I 100% recommend Elite.

Taxi receptionist
Taxi receptionist is very rude her name is Alison when I mean rude she is very rude and she is a bully I’ve never heard anything like this in all the time i have booked a taxi I will not be using them again she is racist commenting on people she thought the phone was put down and I heard her saying disgusting things regarding Asian and black people disgusting

At least the app is good
The app it self is excellent but the taxi service is rubbish always late and they cancel last minute aswell and use the excuse they couldn’t find you even tho you can see on the app they are round the corner from your house
