Simply useless
The app crashes more than a PC running crowd strike.
Unusable
Whoever designed the UI needs to be fired and it will only let me order drinks for some reason. The food is on the app, but it wont let me add it to my basket.

The worst app Iāve ever seen
This app is literally the worst mobile app Iāve ever seen. I can only assume that it was built before 2010 and hasnāt been changed since.
This app is a valid reason not to join any of these clubs because itās telling that they donāt far about their members experience.
Just donāt use the app ā¦ you might think.
The whole ordering process and menu is hidden in this app. I havenāt been able to figure out how to order without it.

Awful in every way
Want some food? Spend 30mins hating life, then give up and order at the bar.
Never gets updated
Iām surprised my golf club has invested in this app. Everyone seems to have problems with it. It never seems to be updated. Iāve had it for 2 months and I still canāt book a tee time from it, just get a notification saying āno activities foundā. Very frustrating.
Awful User Interface
Who designed this? The layout needs a total overhaul. Clickable options are hidden behind the time and tabs at top and bottom of screen. Its awful to navigate too. Not sure it even works.

As a developer this application is just trash. No thought has been given to the user experience. Error codes when navigating between screens. Booking a slot at the driving range it wants to charge me Ā£9.99999 how did this get approved?

The app has only one real main purpose and thatās to make bookings and the calendar and time functionality just doesnāt work properly so I can make a booking.

I donāt often write a review but this app is an awful user experience. I had to use it to order some food at a golf club and 15 mins later it was done.
So many page to get through to register, then lots of tabs to order something. Itās slow to load each page and generally just hard work.

What a heap of junk
Glitchy, difficult to navigate, awful payment integration - no app pay, no paypal, hangs for no apparent reason. Awful UX design. Why would any establishment use this pile of junk. Would be embarrassed to have my name to this.
