This app and company are awful. The absolute worst customer support.
Bad App Bad Website
I have sent multiple communications to Elixir about the app and website not working on most occasions. I have never received a response from them and the issue just continues to be a problem.

this is horrible i don't know how much time was put into this but i'm guessing 5 minutes at most and that's probably generous. i'm guessing someone from kindergarten made this because it's pretty bad . can you tell this app made me angry. just use the desktop you will get what you want way quicker than this app and that's just a fact.

Same creds work fine on the website. May as well remove this app from the App Store.

Won’t accept my information directly from my card.

Won’t let me sign in even when I tried to create a new account. It seems their app developers haven’t been able to figure out how to convert the Envision customers into the Elixir system.

Updated app and tried to open it and all I get now is a white screen.
Worthless
Does not appear connected to Medicare Part D plan. Registered fine on PC, app does not recognize those credentials and says invalid Member ID if you try to create in app. Many have this problem and no response from developer. WASTE OF TIME!!!
Can’t even create account
I tried numerous times to create an account and I can tell you it’s the worst app I ever tried to install. I couldn’t even put in my birthday. Not happy at all.
Doesn’t even remotely work
I’ve tried downloading, deleting, and redos load for several months and this app never works. The online portal works decent enough, but the app won’t even log in ever.

Cannot create account
Same as everyone else, cannot log in or create an account. I’ll switch to another plan next enrollment period. Can’t tolerate a company that won’t fix or support their product.
Worthless
Worthless. Unable to create an account due to dysfunctional elements. Probably needs to be updated badly. I have never experienced such a poorly functioning app.
App has never opened
I created an account online then downloaded the app. I tried to open this app several times over several months and it continuously reverts back to the login screen. I am able to use the online site but what’s the point of an app?

Will not work for Medicare subscribers. There should be a note to state as fact, so I didn’t have to waste time trying to configure it.
Not accepting my information
When I registered it would not accept my information that I entered. I double checked to make sure that that the information was correct. This ap is useless to me.
Pc site is not compatible with app
PC program has different signin requirements than app. They are not cross compatible.
