App ALWAYS freezes

I love Elle Decor Magazine, but it’s hard to enjoy the digital version on my iPad when the app freezes up. I can only get through a few pages before having to reboot the app. Please fix this.

Zooming in to get a good look at details, forget about it. It freezes up.

Elle Decor Needs New Editor

Like preachy, woke design? Neither do I. Elle Decor has really gone downhill, and the app’s not much better.

So many ads that the magazine is basically unreadable

Was planning to get an annual subscription but thankful for the free trial. There are pages and pages of ads - I have spent longer scrolling past them than seeing any content. Will be canceling my trial immediately. What a shame.

Not intuitive

The magazine is not easy to navigate. I have to scan to get to articles ( I guess). I press on topics and nothing happens--text gets larger. Can your developer make the magazine more accessible and more intuitive? It is necessary for online use.
