Cannot view collective content
Cookies message cannot be closed and keeps flickering hence cannot see any of the content. Waste of time.
Poor app
Content is great but app is poor, halfway through reading mag
“ grey boxes” appear over text rendering pages unreadable, sometimes it fixes if reinstalled but it’s an ultimately frustrating experience and I ended up deleting despite having paid for a year’s subscription. This doesn’t happen with other magazine’s apps.

Worst app ever
Rubbish app. As glitchy as possible. Contacted customer service by ‘phone & email. Just don’t want to know. Unable to log into app from the start. Love the magazine. Wish I’d never signed up for a subscription.
Keeps freezing
Paid the e magZINE KEEPS FREEZINGthrough their website and got a customer number. But app keeps saying customer number not then found and customer service is slow at resolving. Still has no access. Will be cancelling.
App freezes
Content looks good however can’t read it as app freezes repeatedly very difficult to use.
