Struggle to read.

I have just subscribed and it has taken a week to be able to log on. Now I have only been able to read a few pages and cannot access the full magazine. I’ve written to ask for help but not really got anywhere.

I’ve been waiting for the march 2018 issue to be available on the app but its still not there even though the printed one has been available since February 2nd.

Hopeless

Normally great, but totally useless at the moment, as the app just crashes within moments of trying to read an issue. This means I'm currently paying a subscription on something I can't even read, needs sorting asap.
