Constantly logs me out
I pay for a subscription for a year but it won't leave me logged in for long enough for me to read tbe goddamn magazine. I can also only log in through my payment confirmation email and not with an account so I couldn't figure out for months how to access the magazine I paid an annual subscription for. Hate this app, cant access the content I paid for. 0/10 do not recommend.

Never able to sign in.
Bought subscription, downloaded, app said my account didn't exist. Help desk said wait 2 weeks. Waited more, still not able to sign in. Went thru the help desks ("have you tried redownloding?" lol yes) that ended with them saying - oh well, sorry. Conde Nast doesn't seem that dedicated to saving itself, this is beyond basic. Cancelling whole subscription.

The app doesn’t fully load in landscape mode. Also there should be a feature that allows you to bookmark a page.
APP goes in and out
App doesn’t work well. Goes in and out. Pages come up blank.
A complete mess!
You subscribe create an account with email and password then you get to have to enter your email and zip code?? Which of course cannot be found because I never have my zip code on the first place! And round and round and round we go!
