Unable to access most recent issues digitally
This app was brilliant until I renewed my subscription. I can now only access the magazines from previous subscriptions (same membership number). I have tried to resolve through the help desk but nothing seems to have happened. It’s a real shame because being able to read on mobile was great. I’ve spent way more time deleting, downloading, logging back in, emailing and phoning, than seems reasonable for a fun magazine subscription.

Offer with supplements as modern rustic was a good deal, but without any explanation , these supplements are not included anymore , too bad 👎🏻

Love my country living App
So surprised to read negative reviews. I have this app on my iPad and have never had an issue downloading. Much prefer to have on my iPad rather than paper version as I have it with me all the time can zoom in and out of pictures to really see specific items can screenshot items and save to my scrapbook for inspiration on projects. Share articles with friends. Love the addition of free downloads on certain extra magazines as part of my subscription. One criticism is that it doesn’t stay downloaded on my iPad any more so i have to download each time I open the App and if I’m out and about or travelling I can’t access without Wi-fi. If this is a bug fix please fix it I didn’t always have this problem.

Do not buy into this app!
I have numerous previous magazines on this app and now cannot access them even though I have paid for them. In order to now see them I must always have to pay to access them! This is garbage and I will no longer buy into any iTunes or Apple app! Thieves! One extremely unhappy previous customer. 😡
