I would very much like it if Hearst could stop sending me emails about this app. There’s no way to unsubscribe and I think the only way to stop them spamming me about it is to end my magazine subscription. Please just stop, it’s very annoying.
Warning - loss of past issues purchased
This is to advise any subscriber that if subscription is allowed to lapse, you will be locked out of your account and lose access to all past purchases. If you are subscribing as directed by Elle Decor UK, through Apple, Elle Decor UK will not provide assistance. All past issues will not be able to be accessed through one's app and account unless one re-subscribes. This was not always the case; one could previously access past issues purchased over the years through one's account on the app. For long-time subscribers, this is a considerable loss of funds invested, and Elle Decor UK customer service seems not able to comprehend the problem, nor seems willing to investigate, nor is interested in honouring former subscriber's purchases. Declined to renew due to Elle Decor UK's poor service.

No zoom, really?
The second most spontaneous gesture on touch screens is probably pinch and zoom (after touching itself) and, believe you or not, this app does not allow you to do that! Now imagine trying to browse through your favorite decor magazine on your phone… It sounds as unbelievable as it is dumb. Just correct it!

DO NOT upgrade! This app is now terrible. I lost all my paid issues, plus special and supplements. The same happened to me eight years ago after an update.

Crashes most of the time
Developers need to fix the constant crashing. Have yet to read through 1 article without experience a couple of app crashes (This happens on both my iPhone & IPad Pro).

I have to log out and log in for every issue. Favourites won't appear on phone app if saved from iPad app.

Dated interface
While this is one of my favorite interiors publications the app is severely lacking when compared to other magazine apps. There is no interactivity and I find it slow compared to others. And don't forget your password! Unlike every other app out there that requires a password, this one has no way for you to reset yours if you forget it. Time for a serious upgrade.
