App stinks
The app is so buggy. I love the products and I’ve used the for years but the app is literally the worst. I can never use my points or it doesn’t save them. And just to do an order it takes at least 3 tries to get the app working right.

Profusion
I’ve been a customer for over six years and always use the one shot lash lift product and recently tried the ElleePlex pro fusion and it might be the worst product of ever using my entire career. When I reached out to the company, customer service was pleasant until they in insinuated that it was my wrongdoing and not their product. Meanwhile ive never had a issue until using this product.

Fake Discussion
Offer said download Ap to receive 15% off code. During entire check out process, there was no place to enter the discount code. Basically it was a bait and switch situation.
