checkout never works on apple!
apple pay checkout never works on this app. I am trying to place a pretty large order and utilize the anniversary sale, and I’ve tried for the last two days to check out and as soon as I press pay now it re-looped me back to the same checkout page. Some of the discounts and exclusives are only redeemable if you check out with the app, but how are we supposed to check out with an app that doesn’t work? This is a flaw design and it does not work on Apple products. Maybe android products and check out is different, but it does not work for me.

Customer service the worse
I have purchased products from them thru the yrs and now that I want to cancel my subscription they won’t do it bc they say that I have to pay full two more times to cancel my subscription. They’re ridiculous, stay away from this brand
