Customer service the worse
I have purchased products from them thru the yrs and now that I want to cancel my subscription they won’t do it bc they say that I have to pay full two more times to cancel my subscription. They’re ridiculous, stay away from this brand

Frustrating and slow app
I LOVE the products but the app is always glitchy for me on my iPhone. It flashes screens back and forth, searching for things isn’t as easy as it should be, sometimes my cart is magically empty, then the next time I check, all my stuff is back in the cart.

Bad customer service
They have very bad customer service. It takes them very long time to respond my concerns which makes me so upset.
Not worth it!
I downloaded this app for the cyber Monday 20% off special. The code never worked for me. I fb messaged and emailed the company immediately. They responded with the codes working on there end and that they refreshed it. I tried several times more and it still said the code was invalid. I was planning on buying a large amount of supplies and it never happened because the code never worked. I feel very unvalued as a customer and I doubt I’ll be purchasing again from them. If I do I will never use this app again.
