Get the ELlipal X card if you want easy basic card no updates only though the app

I have the Ellipal x card and it was my first cold wallet it was easy to set up no updates only though the App Store but I also have a ledger flex I use to cold wallets one to store and one to send or spend or trade on the other

QR ISSUES

trying to connect my titan mini to the app but the app won’t scan/connect. I’ve got the latest version/updates yet won’t work. App won’t connect with QR provided. Need to fix

Please update app or firmware

Im having an issue with Ellipal Titan 2.0. I just updated to the most recent titan2.0 v.4.14.0 firmware and the app is up to date on ios 26.5.2.

Im trying to send crypto from my wallet to coinbase. But when I scan the unsigned QR data, the wallet says "Please update your hardware, wallet, and App. Then try again".

Everything is up to date! Help.
