Please update App
I’m having an issue with my ELLIPAL wallet and I’m hoping someone can help.
I’m trying to send Bitcoin from my ELLIPAL wallet to my Kraken account. I’ve completed the transaction process, scanned all the unsigned QR codes with my cold wallet, signed the transaction, and scanned the signed QR codes back into the ELLIPAL app.
However, after completing the QR scan process, the app keeps showing the same error message:
“Please check your network connection and try again.”
I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps:
* Checked my internet connection
* Switched between Wi-Fi and cellular data
* Restarted the ELLIPAL app
* Tried reconnecting the ELLIPAL app to the Hard wallet
* Recreated the transaction
* Verified the receiving address
* Checked that my wallet/app are updated to its latest version
The issue still occurs at the final step when the app attempts to broadcast the signed transaction.
My concern is that the transaction is being successfully signed on the cold wallet, but the ELLIPAL app is unable to broadcast it to the Bitcoin network.

XVG balance shows incorrect
XVG account info always show wrong balance and incorrect blockchain data. Verge explorer data correct but the app data is incorrect can not send the transaction be cause of wrong data

仮想通貨のアカウントが不正操作されているので、このウォレットに送金するように勧める電話がありました。電話番号を調べると詐欺の電話番号のようです。送金すると盗まれてしまいますので、使わないようにしてください。

Update caused market problems
After updating 1/6/26 all seemed fine. I only have 1 crypto I follow, xrp. This morning 1/7/26 opening the app showed my balance as usual but when I went to ‘market’ to check current market price of xrp, it was gone and only Bitcoin shows. It does not allow me to add it back. I will change this rating after corrected. Thank you
