I really like the Elmo Calls app! 😄
My favorite pack icons are Sing with Elmo and Special Visits. Elmo looks so funny in them because his mouth is wide open. 🎤😂
The Sing with Elmo icon is my favorite because Elmo looks like he’s singing as loud as he can. The Special Visits icon is funny too because it looks like Elmo is going on a summer vacation with his goggles and yellow outfit. 🕶️☀️
I also noticed that Elmo has his mouth open in lots of the pack icons, which always makes me laugh.

When you “video chat” Elmo you can hear a male moan very disturbing & disgusting I tried screen recording it to report to Apple but conviently I haven’t been able to capture it.
App not working
I tried saying something to Elmo but instead he just did his own thing I tried 4 times still not working so I tried again still not working I’m will try many times but am not happy because I don’t know if it will work or not so can you please try to fix this app please

Beware of this application
Something unexpected and extremely disturbing occurred. After a few seconds of Elmo talking, I heard a sexually explicit sound (like moaning) over Elmo’s voice. I thought I was overthinking it questioning myself. I then heard it again... I called Apple Support. They were very empathetic with the situation and were also shocked. Unfortunately, they cannot do much because they are a third party. They documented what occurred and are escalating. We are in process of reaching out to Sesame Street Workshop to notify them of this as well.

Critical reviews r fake. I have never ever had a glitch and the game is great! 👍 he can call u and everything. I only wish he would be like he can call u and when u open the device it says “missed call form Elmo” or something or it says “incoming call from Elmo!” Bc that would make it awesome! I definitely am playing this after the review. But sure, mayb no in app purchases? Bc u dont have to pay to watch Elmo ? Tyyy for ur time!!!

This app hasn't been updated in a while. Clicking on "send feedback" doesn't work. Also, if you previously purchased any of the call packs but now you want them available on your child's device, you'll have to buy them again. Ugh.

Little Red Elmo never disappoints
I have a home daycare. So getting a phone call from Elmo will always get the most distracted child back to focus on circle time . I would rate Elmo a zillion stars if possible
Bad UI for kids
My son loves Elmo and loves using the phone. The problem with this app is that when he presses buttons on the phone, he either holds his finger on the screen or he presses the button multiple times. In this app, the call button and the end call button are in the same exact spot - so when my son uses the app, he calls and then immediately ends the call, making him unable to talk to Elmo at all without my help.
Please redesign the UI so that the call and end buttons are in different positions!
