I like this app, but...
While I enjoy this app, there's one problem. I can't get the seasonal fun pack anymore for some reason. It was only $0.99 and now it's gone! Can you please update the app and bring back the seasonal contact so the app can be more fun? Please and thank you.

Sesame Street was and still is a very big part of me and while I’m well above the age recommendation I wanted to buy it anyway I enjoy the many features of this game especially the video portion as you get to see videos from the classic sesame street days. I love that as it evokes a lovely feeling of nostalgia. Particularly. for me the “Cookie starts with C” song does this best and I love the addition of that song into the game and appreciate it very much. I also think that from an educational standpoint children will learn their ABC’s while doing so in a fun and interactive way. Great job with this game. I

Audio not working
The audio for the paid version doesnt work on my iPad or iPhone. All other app audio works fine. And the free version audio works fine.

I have the full version which is almost the best app ever. Only problem is American words; I am British and I pronounce Z as “zed” not “zee”, and say “courgette” not “zucchini”.
It’s a trick
The app was great until now the new app icon is popping up on the screen nonstop trying to get us to upgrade again. My son can’t even play the app now because of the icon and there is no way to make it go away unless you upgrade or buy other games. Terrible. I want a refund
Get rid on the adult tab
My grandson is constantly pressing the tab for the adults and he gets frustrated when the math problem shows up. He’s going to be. 2 soon and just wants to play his game not always have to ask Nana for help.

Redeeming purchases
Hello! Could I please get help redeeming the full version, purchased this app on my phone and would like to get it on my kid’s tablet the option to redeem does not let you click it. PLEASE HELP!
Using on different device
Trying to use the purchased version on new tablet. Says to tap to “restore purchase” but tapping brings me to pay option. No way to contact for assistance. Will not be purchasing again because at $5+ was already a stretch. Do better!

Fun app
I love this app! All of my kids have loved using it since 2012. My one year old son laughs and smiles at Elmo, and enjoys the videos the most. The cards are a fun idea too! My oldest helps my son draw the letters, and on his own he colors the pictures and does the “hide and seek” feature (drawing on the screen to reveal the letter pictures) 5/5! Definitely recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I was making a funny card and it won’t let me save it and this is garbage trash 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

My 2 year old really enjoys all of the options in this app, including drawing, videos and games, and I love that she gets to learn while she’s playing, but I’m disappointed that I cannot get the make your own card feature to work. Every time I try, it freezes and I have to restart the app.
Poor quality
Loved the 123 app, but the quality of this app doesn’t seem up to the same standard. It’s slow to load and laggy. When switching between apps, the sound often cuts out, which requires a restart. The menus aren’t intuitive and the buttons are confusing. Also doesn’t appear to have the same level of content as the 123 app, but maybe I just can’t find it.

Crashes none of the functions work
My son loves the lite version so we purchased the full version for him to do the rest of the alphabet. However it crashes most of the time when you open it, and if it doesn’t crash then, none of the operations within the app function. He can only watch the same videos in the app that were available to him in the free version. Very disappointed that I paid for a nonfunctional app.
