Mal desde la última actualización
Desde la última actualización no se puede ver en tiempo real el consumo de la vivienda y que porcentaje de fotovoltaica se deriva a la vivienda y cuál a la red, volver a poner esos indicadores, que nos gastamos mucha pasta en las pinzas para que luego no indiquen la lectura, PONERLO COMO ANTES!!!!!
La aplicación se queda como tonta
Hola. Tengo acumuladores estáticos. Los tengo configurados para que mantengan una temperatura constante las 24h del día (modo básico). Tengo puestos todos los parámetros configurados : de horario de programación de carga, de energía solar (carga máxima en valle…). No se cual es la razón pero los acumuladores, cumpliendo los parámetros asignados, la mayoría de veces no se ponen a cargar. Tengo q hacer yo un reseteo (apagar y encender) para que carguen. Es esto normal?? Yo no lo creo. Si tengo que estar cada día pendiente para ver si cargan, pierden su función de automatismo para la cual, imagino, fue creada esta app. Espero podáis solucionarlo. En ese caso mi valoración pasaría a ser un 5 estrellas.

Ya es la tercera vez
No sabía que aquellas reseñas que no gustan se podían borrar… Pero ya es la tercera que escribo a propósito Mala, malísima aplicación. Que ha tenido bugs conocidos y que no han solucionado Además de una mediocre ayuda que no sirve para la misma. Pues está obsoleta. Y cuando una App controla un ecosistema y lo hace tan mal. Los productos del mismo se vuelven un caos. Y ya que estoy por aquí. Decir que; ¡la peor inversión de mi vida!. Pues cargar los acumuladores solo con energía solar, es imposible. Imposible por tanto conseguir cubrir gastos. Mejor pones un radiador y ya está.

Aquellos que tengan paneles saben lo difícil que es generar esto en invierno, que es cuando necesitas el radiador.

He configurado la localizacion y ahora no abre. Se resetea continuamente
Necesitas dispositivo extra
Te gastas una pasta en la aerotermia y para poder usar la app necesitas comprar un USB… absurdo y nefasto. No sabéis cuidar a vuestros clientes…. Desde luego la app es inservible sin la centralita G control hub USB.

App provides the necessary info and tools to manage your heating efficiently.
You just need the patience to understand the processes in the app step by step. I would imagine it was beyond the capabilities of some of the unhappy reviewers.
The Uk support has been 1st class.

App fluida y funcional
Funciona bastante bien, un poco lioso el tema de donde indica viviendas para las configuraciones, pero he visto que es lo mismo entrando desde calefacion y hacer click en un acomulador y despues alli hacer las configuraciones mas faciles, como poner limite de consumo en W o ver los horarios valle etc.. y poderlos modificar. TecnoQS .

Very unreliable
I bought my heaters in December, installed the app and have had a very similar experience to most other Reviewers. Bad!
The app is very flaky and has recently not worked at all, despite a high quality internet provider and strong WiFi signal around the house.
I use my storage heaters in conjunction with a new PV solar system recently installed. I chose the WiFi version of the storage heaters so I could easily select and deploy heating as and when there is enough solar energy to charge them.

Please revert to the previous version!
Elnur - please revert to the previous version of the app. This version does not work. The app is buggy and with no manual is useless. I cannot get my storage heater to work properly - I am waking at night to turn on the conventional heater so at least I have heat. Great storage heater, but this
New app has effectively disables the heater and really impacted a good product! Oh and yes - I did contact customer support.

Me instalaron en marzo 2019 y no pude comprobar su eficacia hasta este otoño. Tarifa nocturna, se acaba la tarifa a las 12h. A las 16h de la tarde el radiador está frío. Los q tenia antes tardaban 24 horas en enfriarse. Me preocupa cuando llegue el frío.
A las 4 de la tarde la casa está fría y tengo q esperar a las 10 de la noche q comience la tarifa, a las 4 de la tarde es la hora más necesaria. Si la pongo me sale carísima!!!. Fracaso total.

Beyond awful!
I’m seriously thinking about taking a loss and replacing these heaters. The hub is useless, the manual very complicated to use. They are a waste of money. Do yourself a favour a find an alternative. I’m going to.
Excellent heating system, with adequate app
I have installed and set-up a heating system using the Elnur-Gabarron Heaters, Hub, and Power Meter. The system is excellent, and will surely make worthwhile savings in electricity costs. Although this is a Spanish product, all instructions are downloadable in English from their website. There is a lot of information, and it’s not a 5 minute job to set-up fully, but is perfectly achievable if one works calmly through the instructions. In the event of queries, the UK email customer support team are responsive and very helpful. There is scope for additional features in the App, and I hope E-G will take this on-board in time. Highly recommended.

About as awkward as possible
The this app belies its origins as coming from Spain as it is simply not designed for the UK market. It has no real built in help and no online support other thAn a complex manual. To be fair the email helpline is good but the app functionality, or lack of it, remains. It needs a serious re-write. Given the rash of new net connected products it is time that the industry sorted some common standards so that users are not required to have an app for each supplier.

Horrendously difficult to work out
Firstly the G Control hub that was supplied to me had a manual all in Italian, and with only an European plug. Once I’d sourced an English manual online and a plug adapter, I found the manual only told me half of what was needed to work my new storage heaters via the app. I struggled to get the app to recognise the heaters, and succeeded more by accident than design. Then I was left to my own devices to find myself round the app, trying to understand things. Through a combination of heater manual, hub manual and trial and error, I’m fumbling my way through and regretting ever buying these ruddy heaters.

Practical and efficient power management tool
I have been using using this application in Australia along with a new Elnur storage heater and the performance of the heater and it’s associated application has been faultless. Time zone is being updated for Australia on my request and customer service very responsive. Will buy more gear from Elnur.
