Does not offer anything as far as I can tell. And never says how much upgrades are. Why would anyone purchase without price? This doesn’t make sense. Is cost for upgrade only. And basic free. Can not tell.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I spoke to Sloan. I renewed the subscription in December 2024. I kept checking the app thinking it was an error on my end. The app didnt work until February after I called in. Sloan blamed me for not calling in earlier. She was condescending and rude!! Her supervisor Jackie was not any better!! I am searching for other providers.

Not useful.
I rarely used this app, because I couldn’t find a use. I replaced my phone, and now it doesn’t recognize my account. Asks me to sign in to someone’s email that I have no idea who it is. I deleted the app, although I still had 4 years left on the subscription. People get new phones every day, so not sure why I would have this issue in 2025. Sad technology.

Notification are late.
Bought a Toyota new in 23, the battery has died because it’s rarely driven. The app never gave a warning. The last time the battery died, the app gave a notification after the jump start. The app isn’t giving current updates. It says last report two days ago. Hard to tell the status of the battery and the location of the car itself.

Delay on location
For the first two weeks of having the app it would give me real time location. But now it is hours delayed. I mean 12-15 hours delayed. Refreshing the app does help. Also it would say I left home two days later.
Can’t track my car
The app glitches almost every few days and I am left without being able to track my car in real time. If I payed for a service, why am I not able to enjoy all its features without reaching out to customer service to “reset”. The real-time gps tracker needs to be fixed.
Information is delayed
I do not recommend this device/app. Notifications come hours after my car has moved. Sometimes it notifies me that the car was moved when it wasn’t. Waist of money
Now what I expected
As many on here, car purchase came with the ELO gps. Sounded like a great took to keep track of my kid when driving and knowing where she is at. App works 20% of the time and not very good when it is working. Notifications come in 3-6hrs late and half the time it shows the location at home when it’s clearly not. App needs help. Renewal is coming up at the end of the year, I’ll be better off with an Apple AirTag.

It’s not very accurate…Notifications are extremely delayed and apparently my car has been on the highway in the same spot for a day even after refreshing it multiple times
Save your money
Worthless app. Location it shows is not the least bit accurate. Off by at least 1 mile. Does not show movement. If vehicle gets stolen, you’re screwed. I will ever be located. Kudos to the developer - you pulled off one of the largest screw jobs. If they were an ethical company they would do the right thing and fix the product. Absolutely worthless. Majority of reviews here indicate same issue. Maybe a class action lawsuit on the worthless product is needed.

This app is trash it doesn’t even locate my car. It keeps showing me a location from the day before
App barely tracks car after 2+ years of use
When I first got my car in 2021, ELO worked just fine and it was a useful tool. I have renewed my subscription every year since. I renewed my subscription a few weeks ago and the app won’t show my car’s correct location. It’ll show a location point from days prior and refuse to update. I contacted support, and the tracking worked for exactly one day and now is back to not working. The subscription simply isn’t worth it anymore.

The locations are not precise! Update the app so locations can be precise!
What’s the point?
I had to download this app after purchasing my new vehicle. The first few months of having the app was great! Over the last 1.5 months it has gotten very irritating. It will not update the status of where my car has been, how fast it’s going and it won’t even alert me when it’s moving until minutes later. I loved the app at first but now I wish I could get rid of it. I do not recommend this app at all.

Is this in beta?
Unfortunately HAD to get this when getting a new car, I saw it in the total and told them I didn’t want it but they kept insisting that it comes with the car and cannot take it off. So I let it be but turns out it comes with the car but you are paying for the activation!!! Wish they explained that better and wish I got to see the reviews before too. Has good intentions but too many LATE notifications!!! I’ll occasionally run my errands in the day then be home by 6pm to wake up to a notification at 10pm or later that my car has triggered a movement alert!! Only to find it’s still outside my house or that if it shows it’s currently on the move that it’s from an old route I used earlier in the day. So frustrating and wasn’t worth the cost

Not Good
This GPS is not good at all. It suppose to alert me everytime I leave or return home. Thats not the case! I get every alert about half an hour later.l sometimes an hour. Someone could be stealing my vehicle and I wouldnt know until its long gone probably in another state. Dont recommend at all.
ELO GPS
Ripped off by Van Nuys Dodge some 1400 for this junk, could have installed Compustar a full alarm system for less. I will remove it once the subscription is up.

You can buy a tracker for 20 dollars that does a better job.
