This is why busses are better
It’s sickening that Arlington doesn’t have actual public transportation. How are you one of the biggest tourist spots in Texas, but lack public transport? I am HUGE on public transport, so i wanted to give this a try, BAD IDEA! I should have given my money to Uber instead!! First of all they don’t work on sundays, they stop working after 9 pm, and it’s highly unreliable. Today, I set a time for pickup at night time, and walked a random spot for it to pick me up. Afterwards, it did not take me to where I needed to be, they literally dumped me in a random street 10 mins away walking from my actual destination, in the dark, as a woman. A bus would’ve been more reliable, at least they have designated spots!! Do not take via, unless you want your destination to take longer than it needed to be or want to be dropped off in the middle of nowhere.

What transportation app can’t find a ride for a student I am genuinely confused!!!
Delays all the time
Expect delays all the time. They will show your dropoff as a certain time and then change it to more than 30 mins later
Algorithm sucks
Not the best reliable for on time traveling even if you planning ahead a time my hour. Plan for a 2 hour trip

I’m really happy this app exists and works very well I have not had any problem with the app.
The problem comes with how it works, requesting is not the problem, once they pick you up your destination can be from 20 minutos to up 1 hour and 30 minutes!! Which is just insane, it does tell you to plan ahead of time and to calculate but when one trip can be 20 minutes and the next day it’s more than an hour there’s no way you can calculate correctly.
