Unreliable
Initially when this app for first introduced to me, it was great I was able to count on them to come get me. Recently for the past 2 months I have had several rides being cancelled, app crashing. Even reserved rides are not reliable. I reserved a ride almost an hour before and they couldn’t tell me that the driver is not unable to get me and when they did they were not able to find me a driver to replace. I would wait another 2-3 years for Vamp to get their business ironed out to ever try again, the only reason I will in 2/4 years is because it is a great concept.

Fast, affordable & Convenient

No response from customer support
I tried emailing the help email address but no response about why my account was suspended. I would fix or accept the reason if I knew! I did enjoy using the app when I was able to. If anyone from vamp is willing to help or give me any information I’d be glad to get the help.
Horrible App
I was using the app smoothly for about a month until out of nowhere the app said that my area was no longer available to get rides then out of nowhere my account got “blacklisted”. Honestly this app was trash anyway.. I would schedule a ride hours and advance and the rider would still arrive late, There’s no way to contact support.. when you try to contact support in the app the keyboard doesn’t even pop up.. which I feel like was intentional, not to mention most of the time the drivers would drop you off at a completely different stop from which you’ve originally put into the app… yeah just continue using Uber and Lyft.. VAMP is a horrible rideshare service from my experience.

Vamp has been my go to since the first ride
I found yall on ig and I got a ride and it came early when I wasn’t ready, he said he had no problem waiting for me and was such a good (idk what to call it so ima just say host lol) the price is phenomenal and it’s a nice way to pu to a function
