La peor compañía

Mala atención,mucha diplomacia y jamás te solucionan el regreso de los depósito,no quieren dar comprobante de las milllas que supuestamente te pasas.!!
Sinceramente son abusivos y se roban tu dinero

The best!

The cars are always clean inside and out. It’s extremely easy to log into the app and check out the car and the customer service is always quick to resolve any issues.

Great app

Very convenient

Held Reliable and OverCharged for Faulty Equipment

The tire blew and the spare tire was busted. I wanted to return the car but since the spare was busted they advised me their team needs to tow. Which was going to be $250- out of my pocket + they keep the entire $200- deposit for the new tire.

I was told I was responsible for a new tire. I bought a new tire and put it on the car and they still kept my $200- deposit.

Racking my bill up for the rental to $1600-

That’s also just because I have AAA and had to order 2 tow trucks myself and they also informed me I can’t have my own tow truck return the vehicle.

I’m really upset working with this company.

Incomplete Submission Process

I need to resubmit my driver’s license but the interface does seem to have a way for me to do that.
