Poor Host support
On top of that, booked trips were cancelled without any explanation or information provided. Payments are extremely delayed — hosts may wait almost a month after the trip ends to receive funds. I also submitted a toll invoice after a month and a half, and it was refunded/rejected without any reason or communication.
Overall, poor support, unreliable systems, and lack of transparency make this platform very difficult to recommend for hosts.
