Simplicity of this app is absolutely amazing. Toyota has made payments the easiest on the planet no matter if it’s recurring payments, one time payment or just to pay on the principle.
Harassing me about my payment.
TFS, unlike SETF bugs me to death about my payment and you start sending me numerous messages 2 weeks before my payment is even due and god forbid I’m a day past the original payment date because then I get three times as many notifications and 2-3 calls a day. I know when my payment is due, I’m not a 5 year old child and I don’t need continuous harassing messages about my payment being due. if you check my payment status, I have not been late on one single payment, I may have been a few few days after the due date, but I was well within the 10 day grace period. Lot of weight so please put bothering me and harassing me with numerous messages and calling me two or three times a day if I don’t make my payment by the 22nd. of each each month. Southeast Toyota never bothered me with this kind of stuff but you people drive me crazy.
