Too many “updates”
Every time I try to go onto the app, there is a new update. There is no reason the entire app needs an update because of FAQs. It is inconvenient for an app that is for car loans that should only be checked a few times a month to need an update every week. The developers need to do something about this.

Very difficult to load or use
The app is always difficult to log in or make a payment. My payments have been late because of how difficult this app is.
