Too many “updates”
Every time I try to go onto the app, there is a new update. There is no reason the entire app needs an update because of FAQs. It is inconvenient for an app that is for car loans that should only be checked a few times a month to need an update every week. The developers need to do something about this.

The app is always difficult to log in or make a payment. My payments have been late because of how difficult this app is.

Recurring payments
This page has so many glitches. I set up weekly payments 2 months ago, and it’s not working
slow and glitchy
every time I attempt to login, I have to enter in the password multiple times. The app clears the password each time I click login so I’m forced to re-enter it. I have to do it at least three times in order for it to actually log me in.

Unreliable
For five years I have used this app. Its capabilities are fine and it is easy to use but the amount of times that they have difficulties with just getting the app to open are insane. It’s a 80/20 if the app will even be working. I love Toyota and I thought their app was cool but unlike their cars this app is not reliable. Im genuinely never going to have a car loan through them again just because of how many times I’ve tried to open the darn thing and it’s been down for whatever reason.

Múltiple apps?
I’m sorry to the rep I got frustrated with today but after a year of having my car, I’m told there is more than 1 Toyota app to make payments and only 1 the agent was able to help with and it was of course not the one I had. You should give your reps access to everything the customers are using to make payments.

Pending payment
I got a text saying I needed to pay and if I wanted to pay to respond, PAY. I did this. It did not go through and now I have a late payment when I wanted to double check and make sure it wasn’t pending and I wasn’t paying twice. I spent six phone calls trying to talk to someone and it just referenced the website and app.
