Total Dysfunction
Ive had this app for over a year and it only worked for about 3 weeks at the very beginning. This app never recovered from an outage back in mid-2025 and wont even log in. Completely useless
Could be Better
It’s a bit clunky and feels outdated. It works though!
App issues
I used to be able to check and see all my past payments history and see how much went to principal and interest. Now I can’t see anything. I would have to delete and redownload the app and sign back in to see it but later it disappears again.

Simplicity of this app is absolutely amazing. Toyota has made payments the easiest on the planet no matter if it’s recurring payments, one time payment or just to pay on the principle.
Harassing me about my payment.
TFS, unlike SETF bugs me to death about my payment and you start sending me numerous messages 2 weeks before my payment is even due and god forbid I’m a day past the original payment date because then I get three times as many notifications and 2-3 calls a day. I know when my payment is due, I’m not a 5 year old child and I don’t need continuous harassing messages about my payment being due. if you check my payment status, I have not been late on one single payment, I may have been a few few days after the due date, but I was well within the 10 day grace period. Lot of weight so please put bothering me and harassing me with numerous messages and calling me two or three times a day if I don’t make my payment by the 22nd. of each each month. Southeast Toyota never bothered me with this kind of stuff but you people drive me crazy.

I have an issue with the app on their end and I have no way to access it because they show that something is wrong on their end and I called but to wait over 30 minutes which is ridiculous

Signing in to make a payment and having a debt collection threat on the page is absurd. Especially when your in a grace period.
Terrible service
Extremely difficult to log in, getting penalized for late payment when you change payment option. I would never recommend buying from Toyota Financial Services.

I love being able to pay my bill on my phone. It makes it very convenient, especially when I’m on the go.

I really like the app. It really helps you to know how much you need to pay for your car note on the Toyota Camry vehicle every month. It’s a very good app thank you Toyota.😁😎

Fake reviews
99% of their reviews are fake and Apple gotta do something about it. They are the worse finance center ever. Once you are late only 3 days for your payment , they will start calling day and night again and again nonstop. I will never get financed from Toyota and never buy another Toyota. Never ever
