Last Payment
I’ve used automatic payment on my loan for the last 47 months. Payment #48 (the last) was not withdrawn and I was not notified until the payment was late. I hope it does not affect my credit rating.
Updates
Constant updates. Pretty much every time I open the app I have to update it.
Disgusting practices
Posting that you’re collecting a debt or coming after me is disgusting. I will never buy a Toyota or get a loan through Toyota again. You are gross people.
Too Much
Keep getting request to pay for Wi- Fi every few minutes while driving. So many other helpful issues not available because I’m driving.

Stupid.
Made a double payment on its own, I was blamed by Toyota. They did give a refund, but didn’t let me speak to anyone involving tech as they said “there was no on the team that specialized in the app part”. That wasn’t what I asked….

Too many updates
Every time I go to open the app to pay, I’m directed to the App Store to update the app. This is like the 6th time now and I’m over it. I don’t have enough storage on my iPhone to support the continuous updates you guys keep forcing. Just do one and leave the app alone sheesh

I would not buy from this dealership again. I told them I wanted a Corolla Cross. They had one used and I eventually bought it. They wanted me to buy a Wagoner with 60,000 miles, then a car. I’m not to daring a car and the Wagoner please. I’m 4’10 really. I’m disappointed that they didn’t show me Rava 4. Then the interest was at 9 %. I still haven’t gotten my sticker.its been over 90 days. It should not take that long. It’s really crazy that I paid off the SUV before I get my sticker. I paid it off quickly because I refuse to go 6 years paying 9% interest.

I can’t believe we can’t set up auto pay through the app. I don’t have time to call and set it up on the phone

Issues linking account
I’m not sure why but for 3 weeks I’ve been trying to link my card through the app. I even tried online but my account won’t work. Even when i tried to recover my username. It showed up blank even though i have an account

Auto pay sucks
I signed up for autopay but they do not take the payment out on time. Probably doing it purposely to get a late fee out of you

Other banking apps allow payments 7 days a week. Not Toyota Financial.☹️
