I registered for the app to use it in a recent trip to vienna and was informed from customer service to provide additional documents which I provided.
After that I was informed of their decision to refuse service.
Even though I provided every thing requested.
Will not use or recommend.

Much better than traditional car rental
I used ELOOP on a recent trip to Vienna, and it was a fantastic experience. Not only did I drive a better car than I would have gotten from a traditional car rental company, but I got it at a much better price.
The support team was immediately responsive, and signing up was easy, even with a foreign drivers license.
With the free use of Tesla superchargers, I even went on a road trip to Salzburg, and had no trouble at all finding traps charging both on route and at the destination.
Finally, departing from the airport was no problem, as I easily found street parking near Wien Mitte where I could end my trip and then take the CAT to the airport.
I will be using ELOOP on every trip I take to Vienna in the future.

Work on your app
Tried password reset three times as app didn’t recognize my password. Still got same error- password incorrect. Bye bye. If you can’t get the basics working I don’t trust this company.

I like the idea of e mobility. ELOOP offers an excellent alternative to the other “car sharing” company in Vienna, namely sharenow.
ELOOP is based here and profits stay here, not in Silicon Valley.
