Nothing but trouble
I have been a huge Eloquii fan. I have been a frequent flyer for many many years, but ever since Woman Within took over, I have experienced nothing but problems. The shipping is ridiculous. It takes weeks to get your order. It is just all around bad.

Needs Fixing
I prefer apps to websites but there is something screwy with this app and has been for a long time now. I haven’t been able to save favorites for at least a year now. In recent months, I haven’t been able to place orders if I’m logged in, I have to checkout as a guest, and now it won’t even let me see my cart. I have to go to the website to do anything other than look at things. I can’t even add to cart.

I love 99% of what I purchase from Eloquii! 75% of my clothes come from here and I work in RTW at a major department store. I ALWAYS get compliments on my clothing! Thank You for making fashionable and tasteful (not homely/matronly) clothes for plus sized women!!!

Great App
I enjoy shopping on the app. It’s easy to save the items that you love and add them to the cart later. I’ve made several purchases over the last year on the app and my orders were delivered on time. The clothes are stylish and of good quality.

this app will not let me add items to my bag or even update my information. i would rather order from the website.
Fashion for large sizes
Looking for that star quality look— this site is for you. Sizing is ample and quality is generally great. Some fashions run short and/or have cut-outs so be careful if you like being covered up!
Terrible
I placed an order through the app and it would not allow me to enter my address correctly, despite connecting my PayPal account and verifying that my address was correct on there. When I got my confirmation email for my order and saw that it was still showing up incorrectly, I called customer service and they told me that there was nothing that they can do about it, even though the order hasn’t shipped yet. Terrible customer service and I guess I’m not going to get my order.

Clothes, love. App… needs much work.
I simply never have a smooth experience in this app. Codes not working. Can’t add things to cart. A continuous “Oops, try again…” error message. The difficulty makes it so difficult to want to purchase clothes.
Fix It
This mess is unusable. See a cute garment, put it in your shopping cart, add another, go check your shopping cart. Error message (Oops!). Guys - plus size fashion industry has enough challenges without non-functional apps. Eloquii senior leadership - Hear me now. Stop hiring your friends (or enemies?) and go get a real app developer. Today. This disaster is killing your sales and alienating your customers.

Do NOT download. Broke my phone
Do NOT download this app. I just downloaded it and opened the app. It got stuck on a pop-up asking to allow notifications. You could not get past the pop-up regardless of what you do. It then got stuck on my home screen and I had to reset my phone to clear it. This app is trash
Take me off your mailing list!
I don’t even know how I got on the email list for Eloquii, but I’ve unsubscribed four times and have sent every email to my junk bin—but I’m still getting several emails a day. Why??
What is the point of this app again?
The glitchiest shopping app I’ve ever encountered- a few years ago it worked just fine, but ever since Eloquii got bought out now there is always something wrong with this app. It doesn’t save the items I favorite, and I get an error message every time I try to add something to my cart. I guess on the bright side, this has saved me from making impulsive purchases! (Or any purchases at all, really.)

Highly recommend this app - it’s a great shopping experience and there are tons of great products!
Worthless.
The app no longer tracks my purchases which means it has no history of all of the money I’ve spent and therefore don’t receive any “points” towards future purchases. According to my account I haven’t purchased anything since 2023 so the last TWO YEARS of money spent towards my rewards account has been for nothing.

App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work well at all. 90% of the time it says oops something went wrong try again! Unable to add anything to cart either. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and getting the same message
Broken app that they’ve made ZERO attempt to fix
For going on a year now I’ve not been able to see or track my most recent orders. I’ve had to resort to literally chatting on their website (because they have never answered any email I’ve ever sent them) to receive the order and tracking number. What on earth is the point of the dumb app if it can’t do the bare minimum? Do yourself a favor, switch to ASOS, their app has been pristine for years.
