Very Buggy & Slow
The app is super buggy. Keeps signing me out upon opening and closing of the app. Everytime i try to go to my account and my wishlist it lags or never works. Whenever i try to click one of the deals on the store homepage it lags and I have to tap it five times for it to work. This app is unusable.
Lane Bryant is a SCAM
Itβs not possible to have an application and a website that malfunctions EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS A SALE. And they keep forcefully emailing me reminding me that I have a large credit card limit that isnβt being usedβ¦Thatβs because the app and the website NEVER fβn works and theyβve closed ALL the nearby stores! Right now, the webpage is flashing bras on sale for $16.99, but thereβs no FβN sign in button on the webpage so that you can sign in and purchase πππ. This sh.. is such a SCAM. Every single time thereβs an amazing sale, the sign in button disappears from the website π.

I donβt need to repeat what everyone else has said. And they all accurately describe the app experience.
Hassle
The app has been performing poorly for a while, but recently itβs gotten much worse. Every time you try to use it, something goes wrong β it either clicks randomly, kicks you back to the login screen, wonβt let you log in at all, or keeps flickering and freezing even if you do manage to get in.
New version is awful
Closes as soon as you click on anything to look at. Terrible.
