I don’t need to repeat what everyone else has said. And they all accurately describe the app experience.
Hassle
The app has been performing poorly for a while, but recently it’s gotten much worse. Every time you try to use it, something goes wrong — it either clicks randomly, kicks you back to the login screen, won’t let you log in at all, or keeps flickering and freezing even if you do manage to get in.
New version is awful
Closes as soon as you click on anything to look at. Terrible.
Shut out
Uploaded update. When I search and find domething I want to look at and click on it I am immediately shut out of the app. Not able to preview items so prob won’t be buying stuff!!!!
New update Crashes
Whatever you did to update the app it now crashes before you are able to look at an item. I tried 4 times. Please fix.
How did you manage to make a horrible app even worse?
In this day and age, there’s no reason for a shopping app to make it this hard to give your company money.
Thanks to today’s update, when I click on a clearance item to view it, the app completely throws me out. I still have to repeatedly log in to my general account, my bag, and my wishlist, even though the “stay logged in” checkbox is checked. From what I can see, this has been an ongoing issue for years with no resolution from your team.
I know lots of talented developers and QA people- feel free to reach out when you’re ready to build something that meets the needs of your customers.

This app is HORRIBLE
I have been a Lane Bryant customer for DECADES and this company has gone way down hill. If they don’t lose your order, the app gives you fits! This app is horrible!! It constantly logs me out of my account while I’m shopping, despite me checking the box to “Keep me logged in”, then I have to log back in and re-search for the items I was shopping for. There are no available updates, to fix these issues, for the app. I am sad to see this company crumble

Why is this app such a POS?
I just got logged out four times in a row while using the app. After the last time I decided I might as well check out before I got logged out again instead of adding more items to my shopping bag. Then I got stuck in a loop trying to move from shipping information to payment information and had to go back a screen just to break out of it. I don’t understand how in 2026 a shopping app that’s only purpose is to sell things makes it so hard for people to give you their money. Like how?

Constant re-logging in sucks
I prefer to shop using the app versus having to pull my laptop out, but this app sucks so bad. Every time I try to do something different, it wants me to login again. I was just on the app for less than 10 minutes, and I had to login at least six times. That is ridiculous.
Please fix the app
This app has a lot of bugs. Every time I log in, it doesn’t save my password. Also, it kicked me out when I was adding something to it. It’s always resetting my password, like the password isn't correct.
Still useless
Empties the shopping cart when you login to check out. Long history of bugs: repeated login requests, error message saying no wifi access. Also continues to sort by original prices, not current sales.
Missing Features and Unstable
I prefer to shop in the app, but it’s missing features that are available on the web. You can’t zoom in on items and you can’t add anything to the wishlist. And the app keeps taking me back to the home page when I’m browsing. It’s all very frustrating. It also won’t keep me logged, even with the box checked. And you can’t get back to your orders once you try to track them. You just get stuck on tracking and there’s no way to go back.

WORST user interface
Everytime I click a new item or try to check out it logs me out! I have re-logged in SEVEN TIMES for ONE transaction! At that point I don’t even want the items anymore.
Useless
The app does nothing but go back and forth between the website. Save yourself a headache and just use the website. It’s much easier.

The app just continuously refreshes and you can never get any further than the start page. Do better Lane Bryant!
REBUILD THIS!
Hello 👋🏼 I Please rebuild this app so that users are able to successfully use it as close to the web version as possible. The app does not keep you logged in at any point and the car/bag continues to soar empty even with added items. I’m removing until rebuilt.
Was wondering why the reviews were so low, then I downloaded it.
The app is glitchy at best. Genuinely, for a company this large that’s been around this long it’s weird to have an app that my 10 year old could have done a better job creating. I’m truly disappointed.
Horrible
Tried to register on the app to pay my credit card and it keeps reloading. Absolutely horrible. This company makes too much money for its app to function like this.
Wishlist Issue
Unable to add items to Wishlist via your app. Please fix as it saves a ton of time having this ability.
