I couldn’t even try it
I downloaded this app specifically for the AI tutor and speaking practice. Unfortunately, I can’t evaluate the quality of the tutor without purchasing a Premium subscription first. I’m not willing to pay for something I haven’t even had the chance to try once. A short free trial or a few demo conversations would make a huge difference. Since I can’t test the main feature, I’ll be moving on to another app in search of a different AI tutor.

Terrible experience
I had absolutely no intention of purchasing this service. I downloaded the app on July 1st and signed up for what I understood to be a temporary free trial. However, it deducted the money from my bank account on July 8th for a one-year service package. The moment I noticed the unexpected charge, I immediately canceled the subscription to prevent any future billing. And then I went to Apple online to report this problem and asked for a refund, what I didn’t expect is my request was turned down. And they didn’t give a single clue. I feel like I accidentally fell into a trap that has been elaborately designed by offering you a seven day trial but actually luring you into a long-term bond for purchase and it is a one time charge for a one year service, really feel like a scam.

Don’t recommend
I am a Lifetime License holder, but now half of the learning interfaces require me to pay extra to unlock them. Gating content behind a new tier after selling a "lifetime" deal is highly unethical. On top of that, the recent app updates completely butchered the UI. The interface and content layout changed drastically and became so complicated and hard to use. They ruined a perfectly good app just to push more aggressively for upsells. Do not recommend.

Unable to unsubscribe from spamming once registered
I’m keep getting spammed by ELSA ever since I’ve created my account. I unsubscribe every single time I get an email. Reached out to support, still getting spammed. Terrible marketing and support. The app wouldn’t be bad otherwise.

Good,but not good enough
While voice recognition has improved significantly, it still fails to recognize speech in certain situations. Currently, the biggest problem with the user interface is the virtual character (the tutor) who occupies a third of the screen, which is unreasonable. This is an unnecessary (even useless) feature that only obstructs the view during learning.

Slow and slow
The App was renewal, however
Now we can choose a "Personal Coach" from some variations like American accent character, British (which was really "Too much" and now had improved) or could be "Australian", and some Asian countries flavor. While the inside engine for evaluating user's accents and pronunciations which must be the "core" of the application program is "The SAME", which I believe designed along with the American accent. So no matter how you try a "Good British Accent Speaker" that will NEVER a better score on each evaluation. Just think about the current world trend, who's gonna learn more "Trumpy American" these days and for future? American way is not a standard any more so that the app should come along with user's needs.

The app is so slow, sometimes it glitches. Incorrect score calculation.

Disappointing trial experience
I tried to cancel before being charged, but the app warned that canceling would immediately disable the trial features, so I continued the trial. After 7 days I was charged $99.99 without a reminder. I contacted Apple and ELSA immediately, but both refused to help. The app itself may be useful, but the subscription/trial cancellation flow needs to be more transparent and user-friendly by avoiding these kind forced trial conversions.

1. 게임 사운드나 효과음은
들리는데 단어나 대화문 소리가 전혀 안나와요. 발음 고르는 문제에서도 아무것도 안들려줌.
2. 발음을 인지하는 정도가 현저히 떨어짐. 가끔은 아예 다른 단어로 인식함
