Latest update needs work!
The app is very helpful in most areas, but if you want to open a document within the app, such as a music chart, it opens up a browser outside of the app and forces you login again (including 2FA). At this point the app locks up and you have to restart it to be able to use it again. Please fix this, it is so frustrating and makes it almost unusable!

Constant password reset required
Although I have โremember meโ option selected, my app is effectively often logged out with none of the functions or options appearing. I have to officially log out & then log in again, sometimes having to reset my password to do so. Many others are having the save โreset passwordโ problem to be able to get access. Given the last update was 9 months ago, I donโt know why this has started being a problem particularly in the last 2 months. Emails arenโt always coming through on the first reset password attempt either. (Again, multiple people in my sphere have this issue).
When the app works, itโs great. But when people canโt log in, it defeats the purpose of having the ability to organise swaps and have a one stop shop for knowing whatโs happening on any given service. People revert to manual/verbal swaps and it makes leaders lives challenging! Please help fix the problem.

App is non-functional
After Elvanto had their massive system crash in Feb, the app hasnโt been functional with invisible overlaid windows that try to take you to other their partner sites and โincorrect login detailsโ the only response when trying to login.
Security Lead
This app is so hard to navigate. I want to create a new team spot underneath a sub team category. I canโt figure it out for the life of me. There needs to be group, subgroup and the individual positions under that. You should be able to take it as far as you want to create the hierarchy structure you need.

Ridiculously badly wro

App asks for user name OR email
But when you use your username it says invalid email
Obviously no real testing has occurred for this app
And if you are unlucky enough when logging in to click the link to access a demo - then you are completely stuffed - you canโt get back to login screen without deleting the app and reinstalling- clearly whoever designed this app had absolutely no idea what they are doing
