Latest update needs work!

The app is very helpful in most areas, but if you want to open a document within the app, such as a music chart, it opens up a browser outside of the app and forces you login again (including 2FA). At this point the app locks up and you have to restart it to be able to use it again. Please fix this, it is so frustrating and makes it almost unusable!

Constant password reset required

Although I have ‘remember me’ option selected, my app is effectively often logged out with none of the functions or options appearing. I have to officially log out & then log in again, sometimes having to reset my password to do so. Many others are having the save ‘reset password’ problem to be able to get access. Given the last update was 9 months ago, I don’t know why this has started being a problem particularly in the last 2 months. Emails aren’t always coming through on the first reset password attempt either. (Again, multiple people in my sphere have this issue).
When the app works, it’s great. But when people can’t log in, it defeats the purpose of having the ability to organise swaps and have a one stop shop for knowing what’s happening on any given service. People revert to manual/verbal swaps and it makes leaders lives challenging! Please help fix the problem.

App is non-functional

After Elvanto had their massive system crash in Feb, the app hasn’t been functional with invisible overlaid windows that try to take you to other their partner sites and ‘incorrect login details’ the only response when trying to login.

Security Lead

This app is so hard to navigate. I want to create a new team spot underneath a sub team category. I can’t figure it out for the life of me. There needs to be group, subgroup and the individual positions under that. You should be able to take it as far as you want to create the hierarchy structure you need.

Ridiculously badly wro

Hopeless App
App asks for user name OR email
But when you use your username it says invalid email

Obviously no real testing has occurred for this app

And if you are unlucky enough when logging in to click the link to access a demo - then you are completely stuffed - you can’t get back to login screen without deleting the app and reinstalling- clearly whoever designed this app had absolutely no idea what they are doing

The web site is just as bad

Recent update

The recent update has made the music side of the app very challenging to use. As well as the pop up windows on a small screen being impractical it frequently takes you to a browser, defeating the point of the app in the first place.

Most recent update

Not a fan of the most recent update at all! Makes the app almost unusable… dialogue boxes popping up within the app instead of opening as a page. No close out feature on the dialogue box to be able to go back to a previous page. Song charts opening in an external app (requiring another sign in) instead of within the elvanto app (making it unable to stick to a Sunday set list without switching between apps…)

Don’t fix what’s not broken… 🙃

It does what it’s designed to do and does it well, but there’s nothing outstanding about this app. You might as well just use your website, as it does pretty much the same thing.

URL - Scheme support

Hello :)
This app features quite a bit of functionality if you find it. However the UI looks a bit old.

But one perhaps easy feature request: please allow elvanto urls to be sent to the app, or please tell me how I can male that happen.

Please keep developing the platform and app. Tons is there, just needs some fixup.

Data not loaded

Please add a loading spinner/indicator that the data is still being loaded, as sometimes the views pop up but you can’t expand or do anything, most probably because the data hasn't yet loaded in.

Please fix apple app error

Since the last update every time you open the app it shows you logged in but you can’t see anything so you need to log out and log back in again, it’s really frustrating and time consuming.
There’s nowhere in the app to report a problem that I can find - hence this review in hopes ya’ll see it 🥲

Great potential!

My church recently started using this app and it's been working working amazing! It has great features that allows us to connect, schedule services, add songs, and worship teams that will be assign per service. With more improvements and more easy friendly features this app will help millions of worship team services. Highly Recommend!
