Terrible service
Terrible app and terrible service. Every time I’ve used this the service has been late and several times they did my phone bill payment wrong. Other times they couldn’t find what I was looking for but when I called one place they claimed to have checked I found it. Total fraudsters!

This app works. Everything (within reason) that you need can be delivered right to your door. Easy to use, easy to use!
4 stars because there is a glitch with the app when it comes to uploading a photo. The app closes whenever I try to do this. Hopefully this will be resolved.

Bug
I can’t send a picture, when i press the + button and select the image icon, it pop up “take a photo” or “choose exisitng photo” then it disappears, i can’t upload a photo

Books, guitar, desert, travelling, just information... they help me to either get, deliver it to my house or just help me with information. They save me time, effort and money. They are really my personal shoppers
Changed my life
I can’t even count how many times elves has made my life easier and saved me time. I needed a book for book club and I asked the Elves delivery to pick up my friends karaoke machine from her house. Done and easy with Elves! They pay my Orange bill for me electronically! I book restaurant reservations with them. I needed Cookies from a dog bakery? Elves found some, gave me the options, and delivered them to me last minute! Ballet tickets? They will buy them for me and deliver them. Sephora eyeliner? Elves checked all over Egypt and discovered there’s no Sephora distributor but helped me find the perfect comparable highly rated matte black liquid liner. Needed ice for a party and an extra Brie cheese. Boom - at my door with them. They’re super nice and friendly too.
