Fantastic service! You actually get to talk to a real person. They have exercise specialists, certified health coaches and a pain specialist on hand for any pain management related questions. You can set goals yourself or have the coaches set one for you. Give it a go!

I’ve been able to talk to a real person about managing my pain. Their response time is very quick and they’ve helped me build a lot of confidence. The goal setting feature is great for accountability and ownership. I’d highly recommend giving it a go if you have any form of persistent pain
