Really useful app

I’ve found Rize a really useful tool. Great for self reflection, stress relief and generally a much more productive use of screen time. That would otherwise be spent on social media or working.

As an app also it feels easy to use and the format fits the product. ☀️

Brilliant and genuinely helpful

I have tried a few mental health and well being apps including ones recommended by therapists and Rize is by far the one that has worked best for me.

The interface and workouts are great and of a really high quality clearly based on science. I really like how I can personalise my experience and log my feelings/moods/gratitudes too.

I didn’t experience any of the issues outlined in previous reviews.

AMAZING

I love this app and am so grateful it exists, it’s the perfect tool in so many ways - to help feel grounded whenever and wherever you need it, to feel good, understand cognitive distortions, track mood, journal, deep breathing and more, all in one! It’s literally my favourite app. I love the cute little character and the whole design is so calming and relaxing to use, I LOVE doing all the exercises and I actually enjoy and even look forward to deep breathing now! seems like it could be good

text is the same colour as the background so it’s almost impossible to even read it. it also crashes after you interact with anything. it’s a shame because it’s ones of the only ones that seemed like i could use it for multiple things and generally enjoy it.

Thanks for creating this app. I found it very pleasing to the eye and the interface felt very intuitive. It offers a nice variety of exercises to remind me to breathe and stay present in the moment, as well as the ability to track my mood - and see the patterns in my thoughts and feelings. Highly recommend.
